speaking w/ her on the phone, which was very helpful, I bought these products from livesuperfoods.com - Richard - 800-481-5074:
- Grainfields Super Greens 150 grams
- fulvic acid - quart (didn't buy: Humate - quart)
- EM Concentrate 1 liter 33.8 oz
- Kefir Starter Culture 6 packets
The first 3 items are similar to what wd be in the supplements from Garden of Life (i.e., The Maker's Diet). The kefir is a good source of fermented probiotics.
Then today I went to Sprout's and got some other items:
- Food for Life - Ezekiel 4:9 (original) cereal
- Kashi - Good Friends (High Fiber) cereal
- Simply Fiber - All Natural Crunchy O's Cereal
- Back to Nature - Classic granola
- Rice Dream - Original Classic (rice milk)
- North Dallas Pure Honey
- Desert Essence - Organics Hair Care - Italian Red Grape Shampoo
- Desert Essence - Organics Hair Care - Italian Red Grape Conditioner
I didn't bother taking the time to find links to the above. I'm sure they are easy enough to Google.
I'm mostly doing this to document when, where and what I got to keep an account of how things go.
Generally I prefer to make our own granola for cereal, but I wanted to try these and also have backups for when we don't have our own.

I finished the Kashi - Good Friends (High Fiber) cereal. It was good. Nothing particularly remarkable though.
I started my own kefir. My first try was w/ rice milk which didn't work. And then lowfat goat's milk which also didn't work. I think it might have been either the fat content or that I heated the milk in the microwave first???
My third try was w/ skim (cow) milk. It wasn't looking good so I poured in some leftover Lifeway kefir and it seemed to do well.
It smelled weird to me, but my wife said it smelled like buttermilk to her.
I had some this morning on granola w/ fresh blueberries, raisins, Goji berries and some local honey. Dang - good stuff.
I started eating the Ezekiel 4:9 cereal too. So far so good.
We've been taking the other supplements w/ fair consistency though I can't say I've seen/felt any changes.
I started a new kefir batch yesterday w/ some leftover from my current batch, some whole milk and some skim milk. It was looking good this morning.
Also, my wife likes the shampoo, but not the conditioner - I'm using that.
And I got a shower filter from New Wave - I got it at the Cupboard here in town.
I've been making the kefir and it's been really good. I finished the Ezekiel cereal and it was fine. Nothing great. I'm noticing these cereals don't have much in the way of vitamins.

I've mostly been sticking w/ the same things:
b'fast: granola (organic or homemade) w/ local honey, raisins, banana, blueberries, walnuts and (homemade) kefir or (homemade) yogurt.
My 'cocktail' is usually kefir or grape juice w/ super greens, Genesis today 4Total Nutrition liquid vitamins, humic acid (sometimes), EM concentrate (sometimes) and I just got Genesis Today 4Fiber to try.
For other meals, I mostly just try to eat healthy/organic.
Trying this for my super greens: Michael's Super Defense Food
